TERMS OF SERVICE

By using Snacks Trivia (the “service”) you’re agreeing to these terms. We’ve kept them short and written in plain English. The service is operated by Snacks Design.
THE SERVICE
Snacks Trivia is a game. One daily multiple-choice question, plus shareable one-off games (“challenges”) you can generate and send to friends. You play, you score, you climb leaderboards.
WHO CAN USE IT
- You must be 13 or older.
- The service is for personal, non-commercial use. Running a trivia night? Fine. Scraping leaderboards for a competing product? Not fine.
RULES OF THE ROAD
- Don’t try to cheat, automate, or game the leaderboards.
- Don’t use the game-generation feature to produce offensive, illegal, or harmful content. Every generated question runs through automated moderation; games that violate may be removed and the account suspended.
- Don’t attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse- engineer the service, or abuse shared infrastructure.
- Don’t impersonate someone else — anonymous play name choice is yours, but pick something that isn’t another real person.
CONTENT YOU CREATE
- Custom games you generate remain yours. By creating them you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display them to other players during the game’s 24-hour lifespan.
- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our moderation rules, at our discretion.
- You’re responsible for the games you create.
ACCOUNTS
- You can delete your account at any time by emailing trivia@snacksdesign.com. Deletion is irreversible and includes all attempt history.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms. In most cases we’ll email you first.
DISCLAIMERS
The service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uptime, continuous availability, or the accuracy of any trivia answer. Questions are generated by an AI and moderated automatically; mistakes happen. Leaderboards and scores are entertainment, not official.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Snacks Design isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County.
CHANGES
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The “Last updated” date at the top changes every time we revise.
